Article 1: Company Information

Article 2: Applicability

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers, and deliveries of products by Studio Windii.
  2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3: Products

  1. Studio Windii offers art prints, merchandise, and stickers.
  2. The offered products are not customizable or adjustable.

Article 4: Prices

  1. All prices listed on the website include VAT.
  2. Any shipping costs are specified separately during the checkout process.

Article 5: Payment

  1. Payment can be made using the following methods:
    • Credit card
    • Debit card
    • iDeal
  2. Payment must be completed in full before the products are shipped.

Article 6: Delivery

  1. Products are shipped within 5 business days after payment is received.
  2. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and chosen shipping method.
  3. Studio Windii is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.

Article 7: Return Policy

  1. Art prints and stickers: Returns are not accepted.
  2. Merchandise: Returns are allowed within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
  3. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
  4. In the case of a defective product, the situation will be resolved in consultation. Contact us via tijs@studiowindii.com.

Article 8: Warranty

  1. All products come with a 30-day warranty.
  2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults. Wear and tear from use are not covered.

Article 9: Liability

  1. Studio Windii’s liability is limited to the purchase amount.
  2. Studio Windii is not responsible for indirect damages, including loss of income or data.
  3. Studio Windii is not liable for damage occurring during transport.

Article 10: Governing Law and Disputes

  1. All agreements are subject to Dutch law.
  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda.
